ORANGE!

I finished painting the room and it’s orange. Somewhat of an odd color, but I wanted to try it and I like it. I know a couple of people think it’s nuts, but I can always paint again, if it ends up driving me crazy. Here’s what it looked like after I finished the trim.

I did find one problem and I’m pretty upset with myself for this. After I installed the window, I had to caulk around it to seal it all off. I bought 100% silicone to put around it, not realizing that you can’t paint silicone. When you try to paint it, it looks like this.

To fix this, I going to put drywall mud over the silicone, which I’ll then be able to paint.
