This is the oldest bike path in the US. Runs along Ocean Blvd in Brooklyn and takes you to Coney Island

Coney Island
On the boardwalk
Was lucky in that I got there a little before 9. Bikes are only allowed from 5am - 10am
Pictures for Aunt Lu, who came to Coney Island in 1952
Took a lot to see if anything looked familiar to her
It was still closed so this was all fenced in
Kind of a crazy-looking ride
The new pier which was built after Hurricane Sandy destroyed the old one
Most of the park from the pier
Biking back to my hotel on a path that goes around Brooklyn. Verrazano Narrows bridge in the distance
That bridge looks almost flat. When biking, it feels like a very steep hill. Was much happier biking under it than on it.
Books by the elevator in my hotel. "Party of One" is a favorite that I once got at a book sale for a quarter.
My pal Shadla walking across the Brooklyn Bridge with me
Back in Manhattan, biking up the west side to get to Columbia
Looking at New Jersey
Columbia University
Relaxing on a swing in Central Park
Walking around Washington Square with Shadla
Finally found a decent place for my celebratory cupcake! Molly's Cupcakes in the Village.
Walking the High Line with Shadla and Garin
Taking a break on the High Line
Love these chairs
Looking over Manhattan from the new Whitney
The Whitney Building is pretty cool
Great location
Decided I much prefer sculpture to paintings
Steel is always cool
