You knew it was coming. Though it was quick, our train left from platform 9 about 2 minutes after we got here.

The ride to Cambridge was exciting.

It was a real party train.

Going into the first of a few of the colleges we saw at Cambridge.

Grounds of St. John's College of Cambridge University

Still St. John's

The grounds were all beautiful.

Looking at the Cam River. Could this be how Cambridge got its name?

Still St. John's.

Notice the new guidebook John has. We had to be informed.

John wondered what type of bird this was. Thought we'd look it up later. We didn't.

This is a different area of St. John's. Apparently, part of the Harry Potter movie was filmed somewhere nearby.

Possibly this was the location.

Still St. John's.

This is King's College.

Fountain on King's College grounds.

Reading up on King's College. There is a famous library there, designed by Christopher Wren.

And those big windows behind Julie are the Wren Library. The original version of "Winnie the Pooh" is in there.

Resting while looking at the Wren library.

Amy at the Wren library at King's College.

These four statues mean something. I can't remember what.

Leaving King's College through a short doorway.

Kelsey leaving King's College, through a short door.

Amy practically hit her head.

Mary trying to hit her head.

Mary in Cambridge where there were lots of bees who all liked her.

John reading up on more Cambridge facts.

Julie resting.

John and Kelsey at Trinity College.

Mary at Trinity College.
